[HyperMesh] Associate nodes to surfaces

Overview: Associate nodes to multiple surfaces at once

Prerequisite: This is for HyperMesh classic interface up to 2022.3

Usage/Installation Instructions:

1. Load this script via File » Load » Tcl/tk
2. Select surfaces you want to associate
3. Select nodes to associate
4. Insert the tolerance between each surface and node
