Problem renewing Psim with a student license

Hello,

I’m trying to renew my PSIM student license, but I’m encountering the issue shown in the attached photo.

When I try to activate it, I receive the following message:

Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

    HI,

    Your previous license key activation is now deactivated in Altair one, you can now reactivate the product in your machine with the same license key.
