Altair HyperMesh issues with .igs files from CATIA?

Hi! I've been experiencing some issues recently where the .igs file that I have opened in hypermesh looks completely different from what I exported from CATIA. Has this happened to anyone else? I have tried using a .stp file instead, but the same issue occurs.

I'm an altair hypermesh beginner, so any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Hello,

Are you able to give a bit more detail to what your issue is (picture, model file…)?

Do you see what you expected if you use the Native cad format vs the neutral file?

    Thanks

This is what we are expecting it to look like (confirmed in CATIA and in Fusion), but this is what is happening when opened in hypermesh:

I played around with the import settings and the only way I was able to fix the issue with the hole at the winglet side was by changing the "Trim surfaces using:" to "Model curves", but that created other issues with the bottom surface of the solid wing, pictured below.

Perhaps try editing the Cleanup tolerance settings
