Missing Label even though Label was set in Set Role Operator?

I keep getting a Missing Label sign pop up even though I'm sure I set the "rating" as the label in the Set Role operator. The other data source is called ChicagoBoothML/DATA___DatingAgency on Git Hub (the gender.dat). Any help would be really appreciated.
