Acusolve Error window can not be exited

I used Acusolve 7 years back and now started using it again as the primary Thermal and CFD software for my new company

Need some help in getting up to speed with the new developments

Getting some errors in defining surfaces and not able to exit out of that error window, nor can I do anything with the file.

Can someone help.

Need to finish some urgent job.
