How to control the output of gasket pressure？

Hello,

I am trying to use OptiStruct to analysis a structure containing 3 layer gaskets. For the convenience of subsequent optimization, I want the result of gasket thickness-direction pressure contains only 1 gasket. How can I edit the output setting to achieve this？

I found that there are many output options in the subcase card, but I don't know which one controls the output of the gasket thickness-direction pressure.

Hi Travis,

Since you need the gasket pressure for optimization purpose, you can define gasket pressure response.

Since you have 3 layers of gasket materials, you define individual PGASK/MGASK for each.

And then select the gasket pressure response for the layer you want by selecting that PGASK property – in PTYPE.
