Spatio-Temporal DBSCAN

I've built an extension to the DBSCAN which is capable of clustering objects according to their spatial distance (longditude and latitude) and the time (timestamp). It uses 2 different epsilon paramtersfor time and space to determine core points. Only if objects are close together in terms of both parameters, they are considered to be neighbours. I'd love to share with anyone who needs it, but I can't upload files... what to do?
