Student license activation error

Hello,

I followed the below link while trying to activate my EDEM license.

Seems like this doesn't work form my computer.
I use the university WiFi and there's a fair chance that I might've given the ID for ethernet cable instead of Physical address for the WiFi connection.

Please let me know if I must request for another license with the Physical address of WiFi (instead of Physical address of the Ethernet, as shown in the article on activation).
I have attached an image for your reference.


Also is there a way by which I can check for the Physical address I had used to raise a request for the student version of EDEM?

    Hi Kiran,

    Please request for the student edition license again here https://studentedition.altair.com/ with the Wireless LAN Adapter Wi-Fi physical address.

    You can verify the physical address or Ethernet ID you provided when requesting a student license by opening the license file sent to you via email. Simply open the file in Notepad, and you will find the information regarding the physical address you provided during the license request process.
