"Coding in Java embedding Rapid Miner algorithms"

Hi everybody ,

Do you know any good (and easy to read !) tutorial for how to start using rapid miner libraries ? I know both Java & Rapid Miner well , what I need is how to start using both and how to use the libraries and how to create examplesets .

I did all the things stated in this guide : http://rapid-i.com/content/view/25/48/ but there's a problem with the Java compliance version,

but when I want to run the rapid miner in eclipse it gives me this error :

JRE not compatible with project .class file compatibility: 1.7

What could be the cause ? my alternate JRE is : java-6-openjdk-amd64 , OS : linux 12.0.4 64 bit

And it seems that the pdf file which I posted its link is not a tutorial on how to embed rapidminer in java application , it's how to EXTEND it,
Any good tutorial on how to integrate rapidminer libraries in my java application ?

I don't need the GUI jar files etc., I only need those features provided by rapidminer (learning algorithms, ETL , ...) what do I need to include in my project ? (I mean jar files etc. )
