"Clustering of Strings"

Dear all,

I don't know how to get the following done:

My input-file consists of Strings of following pattern:

aaabbbccc
aaabbbddd
aabbcccdddd and so on...

All i want is to make clusters of these Strings in Rapidminer but i don't know how my Process has to look like.

well actually even as a human I would not have enough information to derive a clustering. What should this strings mean? Which strings are similar which are not?
