Writing data and classifications from cross validation to a file

I would like to write the results of each iteration of a cross validation process to a file.  Particularly, the category label, the predicted class, and confidence levels for each example for each iteration of the cross validation process. 

I am sure I am missing something simple, but cannot seem to see how to do this.
