Dear sir or madam,

I tried to update my software Altair SimSolid 2022.2 to 2022.3.1 but it doesn't seem to work. Infact, I downloaded the official installation package from the Altair site. When I open it, the message "Please wait, Altair SimSolid 2022.3.1 is being configured for your system. This may take a moment..." is shown and nothing happens after more than 4 hours.

How can I get this problem solved ? Is there another way to update the software? Infact, I didn't find any help on this topic.

Thank you for your consideration.

Can you check if other sessions of Inspire/SimSolid running? Can you try re-installing after closing those sessions?

Dear M.Mudigonda, no sessions are running. SimSolid is fully shut down...

Can you try closing any HW/Inspire tickets too?

I rebooted my computer and launch the software only (with no other software opened). It didn't work for many hours...

Try closing other related apps. Go to the install file location and check for any duplicate installs or delete any older install folders. this is what I did to solve this particular issue.
