Tutorial Overview
In this tutorial, you will learn how to create a family of equal parts that move in the same trajectory but with a delay from each other. This is important to easily created many geometries moving in a complex manner by having to define the kinematics only once.
The tutorial will describe the steps to producing a simulation of a slatted conveyor belt for apples, as the one shown below.
The main focus of this tutorial is on:
- Importing a complex Polyhedral (Concave Shape)
- Creating multiple copies of a single geometry
- Adding linear translation and linear rotation to the geometry
- Adding texture to geometry
- Adding template to a particle
