I think the Prakash and others have commented in a right way. First try to adjust the normals of Cell_Surface and Bus_Bar_0.3 and check the results. I hope you would find some siginificant results.

You could try to increase the search distance for contact (SRCHDIS). There might be a small gab between two components.

I would say run a normal mode analysis and see if you see anything unusual.
