Find edge nodes of meshes and create node sets

Overview

This script will find edge nodes of a selected component, and creates a node set for each edge loop.

Example is for OptiStruct.

Pre-Requisite

Have model with mesh loaded into HyperMesh.

The script contains set creation for OptiStruct solver. For other solver formats this block in the TCL needs to be edited.

Usage/Installation Instructions

Run script e.g. from DropDown  File > Load > Script  

Select Component/s that should be included in edge loop search.

See that for each edge loop a separate node set is created. The script contains set creation for OptiStruct solver.
