Hello Andre,
Thanks for posting in the Altair Community forum. My name is Andrés and I work at Altair's Technical Support. We will be happy to lend a hand.
May we ask, does your computer have French language keyboard settings?
The default for French (Canada) language keyboards is to use a comma as a separator (decimal symbol). This has been known to cause problems in S-FRAME. You may want to adjust your Language and Region settings in the Control Panel, following this route:
Open the Control Panel, and under the Clock and Region section, click on the 'Change date, time, or number formats' option. This will open a new dialog (Region), and in this window, we can click on the 'Additional settings' button, which is almost at the bottom.
Within the 'Customize Format' window that pops up when you click 'Additional Settings' you should notice a ‘Decimal symbol’ field. This symbol should be set to a period ‘.’ Also, there is a ‘Digit grouping symbol’ field, this symbol should be set to a comma ‘,’. Please refer to the picture attached to this message.
We hope you find this information helpful. Should you require additional assistance with anything related to this topic, feel free to ask. We're here to help.
Kind regards,
Andrés Chávez Burgos
