Create Components by Importing a List of Name

Overview

Create a list of component names in a text file and import that list into Hypermesh to create a component collector for each name in that list. This maco is useful when you have to define a large number of collectors.

Usage/Installation Instructions

1. Create a list of name (in excel or a text editor).

2. Convert that list as a single column of strings to a text file.

3. Run the macro and select that file to import the names.

Limitation

This works only with a list of strings in text files. Excel formats won't work. Here is an example: Name1 Name2 Name3 . . . NameN
