unable to activate license on linux

Hello I have installed EDEM on our university HPC and i am unable to activate the license for this

I saw the reference youtube video which showed the installation for windows and i followed a similar procedure to activate the license on Linux but i got the above-mentioned error. Can anyone please suggest how to resolve this error?
