My FEKO student Edition is not showing or no activated WRAP, and Rendering issue

1) My FEKO student Edition is not showing WRAP or would I say WRAP not activated

2)  I opened one of the examples and a pop-up of an attached '3D Rendering test confirmation', appeared and I accepted/clicked 'Keep Hardware rendering'. I noticed a quick video displayed and quickly disappeared. Next, I tried opening the same file again, thinking I should now select 'Use software rendering', but now, the file crashes and does not open again. I tried to follow the last statement "If needed, the rendering settings can be changed via Application menu -> Settings -> Rendering options", I could not see where to get started, where is the Setting pr which part of the setting. This setting I attached is not showing Rendering.

 

Please assist with the above issues. Thank you

Please wait and download Feko 2204.1 to be released soon and try the same steps.

Hi Rahul

I posted a question about the FEKO student edition v2024.1, which you earlier advised is coming soon. I was able to download and install it, but my student license key, which I used for V2023.1, seems not to work with the latest version. Please assist, and also, I need WRAP 2024.1.

How do I post something that would generate or create a ticket, or is it that your group creates the ticket? I posted a question see below. and not sure if you guys would see it, so here is the link, and please create a ticket. Thanks
