ok just got a new win 10 laptop named VOE_NPINKARD for my company, Fiserv Inc. my existing Monarch license for version 10.5 is on my win 7 Laptop named VOC-NPINKARD, I need transfer the license from that workstation to this newer one named VOE-NPINKARD. to make matter worse we have closed our office where we had the license server AND turnover in the IT area, no one can find the Altair license application that could do that job. what are my options to get this license moved over. they backed up and restored my files and existing apps from the win 7 to the win 10 but of course when I run Monarch I get product is not licensed.

Do you still have the Product Key, as far as I know it should be on the physical copy. I believe that is what you need to activate Monarch.
