How to request for element failure results for the MATF properties that we defined?

Hello,

I'm trying to visualize the failure output for linear static case (simple cube fixed on one end and a transverse load on the other). I've defined the material property for the PSOLID elements using MAT9ORT and have provided the data for HILL3D. 

I'm unable to find the failure results in postprocessing. I've included Failure output in the load case. 

Please do let me know if I'm missing something. Thank you in advance.
