Licence Error Code :15

After placing the file in the mail sent for the license in the appropriate and correct folder, I tried to reach EDEM, but I received an error as follows. Is this licence expired or something else ?

make sure the file has no duplicated extension, such as 'altair_lic.dat.dat'.

You can also create an environment variable in your machine pointing to :

ALTAIR_LICENSE_PATH = "your_path/altair_lic.dat"
