Problem with License activation

Hi, I have a problem with my Student Edition License.  I generated a license on Parallels dekstop (on Macbook), but it wasn't strong enough to make the program work. So, I decided to use bootcamp and I downloaded the programs, but I can't make them work because of the license. I checked 'managed licenses' on Altair one and I can't find any, even if the license has been generated and I have the activation Key.  I don't know what to do, I really need the license to work for my university exams soon. I have already send some emails but none answered. Thank you

    Hi Niccolo,

    To use the license on boot camp, you must first deactivate the license on Parallels desktop.

    To deactivate your license from parallels desktop, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to System (C:) > Program Files > Altair > 2023 > security > bin > win64 > gui.
    2. Locate and double-click on almutil_gui.exe to open the Altair License Utility.
    3. In the Altair License Utility, go to Tools > Deactivate License.
    4. Enter the activation key in the provided box and click on 'Deactivate.' (Refer to the image below)
    5. Once you have successfully deactivated the license on your parallels desktop, you can now activate the license on bootcamp using the same activation key.

    NOTE: Please note that there are a limited number of chances to deactivate and reactivate a license. Therefore, it's advisable to avoid deactivating it several times.

    Thank you. 

    Unfortunatly I have no longer acces to parallels dekstop, since it was a free trail that i used only to see if it was working (and it wasn't). Are there anyother way I can solve the problem? I asked my University for a new license and they said that I should contact you.

    Hi,

    Your license has been deactivated from the old system. Now you should be able to activate the student license on the current system. Please try to activate the license and let me know if it works.
