What are Bar3 elements ?

After meshing, When I check the Body details, under elements I can see Bar3 and Tria6.

What are Bar3 elements here ?

Can someone explain please.

Those are the Element Edges highlighted in red (in your image). It's merely FEM body details, which information is not relevant to the solver.

Example: Body with 12 edges, where each edge contains 3 elems: 12*3 = 36 Element Edges (Bar2)

Now if I create a new edge in the ZY plane (shown below), I'm adding 3 new Bar2 elements to the count:
