I am unable to download the software (Student Version) I received in my email. The exe file is not popping up. Please send me the alternate one.

For the download were you downloading from the Marketplace?

https://marketplace.altairone.com/Marketplace

Best approach is to go to the marketplace via the above link and search for EDEM in the search box (top left), you should be able to download from there.

If this doesn't work I'd recommend trying a different browser or checking security settings to see if your PC's security is blocking the download.

Dear Mr or Miss,

I try another vision about EDEM, It happens again after loading it didn't pop up. I try to trust that in Windows defender. But it didn't work.

In the 2020 version, it can be installed. But it can't pass my licence shown in figure 2.

Echoing Stephen, one thing that might help is opening the email's Student Version link in Microsoft Edge or FireFox.

Dear Christian,

I open every edition in Edge and they can be downloaded. After loading for preparation it didn't show up.

Maybe it is because I use the WIN10 professional version? Is there have other optional for me in different versions of EDEM. Otherwise, I will reinstall the system to adapt the software.

We sent you the previous version of EDEM as there are issues we are investigating wrt to current version of EDEM activated by student edition license.
