how could I access rigid body dynamics (mesh motion) of acusolve when I'm using hypermesh 2021 or prior
As you've seen, the AcuSolve interface in older HyperMesh has not been updated in some time, as focus has shifted to SimLab and/or HyperMesh CFD. In order to define Rigid Body motion within a GUI, you'll need to use one of those newer tools.
Another option would be to add the command to the input file manually after you export the input file.
