HYPERSTUDY - NO MODULE NAMED 'alt'

i've never seen this.Unfortunately i don't have the student version here to test.

is this happening only by launching the product?

Or any specific action is triggering it?

All the other softwares are working fine?

There is an installation-related issue in HyperStudy of HyperWorks EDU Bundle 2021 and it will be fixed it in the next release, 2021.1. The current workaround would be to go back to earlier version and install student edition 2020.1.

We have sent you the previous exe by email... this issue is only with HyperStudy student edition and is fixed in the upcoming release.

It is better to not use the email link as it leads to the same installation and same errors.

Perhaps fresh download from website works.

in the previous post above, by email I mean the email we sent to the user again with the exe of the previous version 2020.1 which will not have this issue, do you need the previous version exe to work on such simulation?

I have the same problem. But i can't find another way to download Hyperworks bundle.

Is it possible to get the .exe for the previous hyperworks bundle that works ?
