Unable to find Student License in Altair One Marketplace

Hi,

I am a student that have registered with Altair One a few months ago, but I did not activate the license at the time. So now I am in need of some of the softwares that were supposedly available in the student edition, but I do not find the required license in the Marketplace. Is there anything I can do on my end to regain access to the license, or is there perhaps a verification process that I have not completed yet?

If you meant following the steps to doing so, yes. My university has a partnership with Altair, which I did register with a few months ago. It should appear in the Marketplace after, but I'm not seeing it on my end. Can someone on the tech side verify this?

Your Altair One account has been verified. You should now be able to access the Student Edition Bundle and the license activation key on the Altair One Marketplace - https://altairone.com/home

Hi,
i seem to have the same problem with my license.
Since my previous license is not valid anymore, I want to activate a new one, but the student suite in the marketplace is not visible for me.
Can you please verify my AltairOne Account as well?
