Optistruct shows either large compliance error, or it does not optimise at all.

Hello, I am currently modelling a wing on which i want to perform topology optimization for minimizing compliance, with the other response being volume fraction. I have provided loads and constraints. When I try to perform optistruct optimization, it shows that there is large compliance error (error 312). So i introduced more constraints, however then it shows "Invalid design problem. All the sensitivities of response 2 (objective) are zero." (error 2148) I have tried many variations of constraints and degrees of freedoms for the constraints, so i'm at my wit's end here. Any help would be appreciated on how to avoid these two errors.

I have attached the model below. I have tried running it simply without any optimization and the model works fine.
