I am unable to install any version of Altair Inspire

I have downloaded several versions of Inspire and none of them start the installation, it opens InstallAnywhere but when it reaches 100% it does not open the inspire installer.

I have checked that my system meets the requirements and I have followed the installation video and activated the key, nothing works.
