Altair inspire error

I installed inspire student edition on laptop.

During running simulation, program stopped and even after rebooting the program,

it still doesn't run. Can't click anything on the program.

I required using mail adress "nasakw@sogang.ac.kr"

I tried requiring license again, but It didn't work either.

Please uninstall the previously downloaded software.

We have sent you alternate download links as a PDF attachment via email, please try to download the software from there.

You can also watch this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lp3zAFPRFlI and follow the steps mentioned in it to install the software and activate the license successfully.

Please make sure that you are not connected to VPN while using the software.
