I am unable to install Altair AI Studio.

Hi, I recently got my license to be able to download programs from the Student Edition Bundle from the Marketplace. I was able to download Altair AI Studio without issue, however, I am unable to complete setup. I am following the instructions on https://docs.rapidminer.com/latest/studio/installation/license/altair-units.html#on-premise, but I keep getting this error, not sure why since this is the only program I have downloaded from the Marketplace.

Also, when I try to complete set-up on the following screen, it says "No valid RapidMiner studio license found", but I think I should have one?

Please do not enter your Altair One Credentials in the RapidMiner Login window of AI Studio,

To Activate AI Studio, (previously called RapidMiner Studio), when using the Altair Student Edition via Altair One
