Why is my account blocked

I'm trying to get Rapid Miner to work with a student license on a Mac.  I have a License, but when I try to log into RapidMiner it says my account has been blocked

Hi,

To activate a student license, you need to paste the activation key in the Almutil GUI. If Almutil is not installed on your system, kindly install it from here (refer to the below image) - https://web.altair.com/altair-student-edition

Kindly follow this video to get access to the student edition bundle on the Altair One marketplace and successfully activate the license using the activation key - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b4_-4MZNF7Y.
