For time signals, I can't get results from POSTFEKO to agree with those from Feko-extrinsic calculations

In CADFEKO, I simulate certain frequencies. I then analyze results to a time signal in two different ways:

(1) I input the time signal in POSTFEKO and view the far-field response.

(2) Based on the input to CADFEKO and the results from CADFEKO, I construct a transfer function. Then, I apply this transfer function to the time signal I wish to consider so that I can get the time-domain far-field response. Of course, I am skipping some of the details in my description of this step.

The results I get from (1) and (2) are identical except that the results from (1) are shifted in time relative to those from (2). For example, the only way I can get the results from (1) to agree with those from (2) is if for (1) I consider a time signal f(t) = cos(2*pi*f*t) and for (2) I consider a time signal f(t) = cos(2*pi*f*t+phase), where phase = ~3*pi/4.

I know the problem could be in my implementation of (2). However, I've been trying to find the problem, and I can't. If anyone has any insight on this matter, it would be much appreciated.

Regards,

Michael

I have now figured out what is causing this problem. What has caused it prompts another question, though. I will post that in a separate thread. Regarding the present thread, I no longer need assistance.
