I could not deactivate the account!!
My license activation status!
I could not activate my License and it says it is already activated!
The problem I am currently facing is I couldn’t use my student edition license key and the reason is I installed the PSIM software using student id, after that the software was working fine but I got a problem in my laptop and I have to reset my laptop and also I did it. After that if I reinstall the software I couldn’t use the same license key to activate it. It says that the license key is already in use, and also I couldn’t deactivate it. This is my entire problem. Right now I just want someone to deactivate my license key so that I can re activate it in my resetted laptop. Kindly help me out of this issue.
I also created a case regarding this and
@Payal Pawar recently closed the case saying your license is not yet activated so I attached the photo where you can see the license activation status.
