Deactivate and reactivate license after having to reinstall Windows after computer problems

Hello, 

I had to reinstall windows on my machine from scratch the other day, and I am now unable to use PSIM, as the license is active from before (it's the same machine, just reinstalled the operating system). 

Please help!

I think I managed to fix it with the license tool, there was no need to deactivate it.
