Why don't I see my model in Hyperview

Hi,

It is the first time that I am using the Hyperworks X (the new interface of Hyperworks). I ran Optistruct and it worked (as you can see in the figure below). The problem is when I click on 'Results', it opens in Hyperview, but there is nothing, I can't see my model (as you can see in the last picture).

Thank you

Can you check your out file to see if there are any warning messages or errors? Also can you fit your model to the screen, in case it moved off it.

I have seen this happen when the model is nor well constrained, but from your image, it looks like you have constraints on there.

I tried to move it to see it, but I am sure it's not there I tried to un zoom a lot and move it. I don't see any error in my out file, but here it is:

     *** OptiStruct defaults set from:
       install config file: C:/Users/b0648278/Documents/hwsolvers/optistruct.cfg.

     NOTE # 9199
MSGLMT=STRICT is active, all messages will be printed unless there is
a subsequent MSGLMT definition to limit error or warning messages.
You can also suppress some less important warning messages by use of
MSGLMT=BRIEF or UNREF (in config file or in the input data).

I built and ran a similar model on my end, and looks like it ran without any issues. Did you try loading reading the h3d results file into HyperView?

Can you share your .h3d results file?
