Student license problem with formatted computer

Hello, I formatted my computer and I cannot use the student license.
There is no way for me to carry out the deactivation procedure, because
 the computer that had the license activated was formatted. Is there any
way to resolve this?

    Hi,

    Your license has been deactivated. Now you should be able to activate the student license on your system again. Please try to activate the license and let me know if it works.
