Error Code 9
Hello, I have a problem with the license.
When I installed the software PSIM, following the instructions of installation, an error message popped up during the execution of the program. You can see the error message below:
In previous versions people needed a file called altair_lic.dat that Altair sent to your email, but nowadays we have a license code that they give to you. I follow the steps and put the code to activate the license but I don't understand why this message pop up and close the system because the license is activated successfully (I have checked it).
Please, I need your help because I can't solve this problem.
