how to design an electric motor for electric vehicles. what factors we need to consider for designing. explain me the detailed steps involved in designing an outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous magnet for 4 wheeler electric vehicle.

    This is not abious answer, but what i can suggest you, is to follow this training :

    Altair Cours : Design of BLDC Motor - Theory and FluxMotor Aspects

    It will give you some elements on how to design outer rotor machine, even if it is on inner rotor machine. But few common points like overall dimension, number of turns, number of poles and so on are described in this training.
