Error Message before starting

I have an error message on my screeen and the software does not start.

    Hello @ONDER AYER ,

    I have not encountered such an error before. Few questions,

    1. Do you have any other Inspire products installed?

    2. Is it happening for other Inspire Products too?

    3. Have you tried uninstalling and installing it again?

    my answers are:

    1. I have installed version 2022 after that problem and there is no problem. My operating system is windows 10.  

    2. It is not happening in Inspire Metal version 2022.

    3. I had tried a few times and the problem still exist. I have checked the name of computer and the name of file and there is no problem according to turkish alphabet character.
