Hi,
You can do it using OptiStruct.
First model your structure as it is. For fluid part, select the grids and card edit the grids of the fluid part and activate CD= -1. This defines a fluid grid in coupled fluid structural analysis.
Create two EIGRL cards one for structure and one for Fluid.
one should refer to Structural (Method (Struct)) and other to fluid (Method(Fluid))

Thanks Mr. Prakash Pagadala its working now, but is it possible to get deformation contour / visualization of water, Like in sloshing using SPH we get.

Hi Mitesh01
what kind of elements are you using for modelling?
is it possible for you to share the animation H3D file with us?
if yes, please use the dropbox link in my signature to share the file.

I have sent you the *.h3d file please check.
I am referring RD2060 for modeling

Mitesh,
it may not be possible in the current version of OptiStruct.
The mode shapes for fluid part can be available in future versions.

Hello,
I am doing Seismic analysis of water tank.
I have completed the basic tutorials but did not find similar analysis.
I am not able to model the water and solid-liquid interaction and hence wold like to receive help in this regard.
I want to extract the sloshing modes (mode shapes of tank with water). .................
I can share my .hm file if anybody can please help me with the modeling of water and solid-liquid interface in MODAL analysis.
