Hi felipeds
One way is to create a SURF_EXT set instead of SURF in entity sets
the other way is, open the starter file <filename>.0000.rad with a text pad andLook for a surface with this label,
/SURF/PART/6
and change to
/SURF/PART/EXT/60 -
Thank you Prakash Pagadala
I made the second path that you indicated and it worked.

Hi Mirino,
could you brief about the error you have?
Please the below commend from help when using SURF/PART for 3D elements:
All surface segments must belong to 2D elements (shell element or a triangular shell element). 1D elements are ignored in /SURF/PART. With 3D elements user has to specify an additional keyword: see /SURF/PART/EXT and /SURF/PART/ALL

Hi. I had the same error of felipeds. In the interface panel I would select as master a component which was solid (not shell). Since master wants only surface, I fixed the problem in this way: first of all, inside the panel 'entity set' I selected the component using as card image SURF_EXT; then, inside the panel 'interface,' I chose as master the set I previously created. And it worked. Is this procedure correct?
