Reduction of the Craig Bampton Results

Hi Everyone,

 

I am trying to have Craig Bampton modes for life analysis. My output will be .op2 in order to use it in nCode. My need is to have the modal principal stresses. The problem about it is my model has more than 2 million elements and the output file is very huge. How can I decrease the size of my output?

One easy way to reduce the .op2 file size is to not output the mode (grids, elements, properties, etc.) to the .op2 file.

You can use:
OUTPUT,OP2,NOMODEL
or
PARAM,OGEOM,NO
