Restart the optistruct file

Hi,

I am doing Non linear analysis.it is a quite big file..while doing the analysis suddenly the PC was shut down.Let us suppose any option to restart the solution file from where it is stopped?

Where we will find this entries in Optistruct?...in optistruct file manager i found only 'RESTART' Append option
