How do I install openvision add-on to the Altair Embed?

I am trying to use Embed to get X-Y coordinates of an image outline using previous year's contest tutorials [Link]. The Embed version we have doesn't have an option for the OpenVision add-on during the installation. I also tried downloading from the marketplace, but apparently, our accounts don't have access to download from there.
