Altair Inspire not opening

I downloaded Inspire and believe I set it up properly. When I go to open up the app, it goes to the loading screen as if it is working and then it fails after like 5 seconds and closes without telling me why. I've tried reinstalling and a bunch of other things as well. Not sure what the problem is.

    If there is no corruption in the installation file, it may be a graphics card problem;
    Onboard graphics card is not supported.
    For NVIDIA etc. graphics cards, please install the latest driver version.

    I have the same issue.
    Graphics card is RTX2070 MaxQ and is up to date.

    There is also an integrated GPU for basic tasks on the laptop

    Please help

    I found a solution that worked for me. In my case, the issue was an incomplete installation, although the InstallAnywhere wizard was (sometimes) reporting a successful installation.

    Issue was with Java and Windows 11 dlls. Creating a system environment variable as shown below solved the install issue, and Inspire is now working.

    Name: JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS
    Value: "-Dos.name=Windows 7"
