Not able to open the download link

I Had applied student version Altair and got the license through mail. I am not able to open the download link which I had got through my mail. When I just click the link its showing Forbidden. And I had also checked it on both Google chrome and Microsoft edge. Awaiting for your earliest reply. Thanks in advance.

    Download Links Troubleshooting

    There are cases where when you click on the download links in the email, one would just see a tab open and the exe does not download, etc

    • You should copy and paste the links in a different browser and click go
    • You should open the email in a different browser (if using gmail or yahoo for instance in a browser) and click on the links in the email there
    • Write to us here if issue persists and we will send you alternate download links.
