Modelling rough surface using OptiStruct

Is there anyone here who has tried to model and run contact simulation using rough surface (see the picture ) ??

What's your goal? Why you need this simulation?

I need it to perform simulation with the real contact surface and use the 'real' contact stiffness for my application.

I'm not sure Optistruct (and another FEA softs like Ansys, Abaqus,...) can do contact analyse at microscopic level.

Ansys do this type of analysis. Abaqus as well ...
