I'm getting this error and cannot proceed to the licensing screen to correct the issue, Monarch does not launch. How do I fix this if I cannot get the program to launch?
Are you launching Monarch or the License Manager? You have to active the license in "License Manager", which should launch regardless of an active license or not.
I just encountered this issue and accidentally solved it. After generating the auth code in your altair one portal, use it to authenticate on the first tab THEN second tab of license manager. I was only doing the 2nd tab (since that's where the warning sign was) and skipped the first tab, which appeared fine.
